Where are De Novo pieces designed and made?

All design and patterning is done by Elizabeth Holliday in the De Novo studio located in Memphis, TN. Some sewing is done locally, and some is done through a small sewing house in Los Angeles.

How do I know what size to order?

I often hear customers say my line is "true to size" whatever that means these days. You can find body measurement size guides in 4 places: final photo of a style, final choice under size tab drop down, tab just below photos of a style listing, and in the footer on any page. Always feel free to contact us: info@denovostyle.com for any special needs or recommendations.

Will I be the same size in all the styles?

Typically yes. We try to be consistent across the board. See our size guide for body measurements.

When will I receive my order?

Pieces that are in-stock will be shipped out within 3 days. Most orders are send via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping time for FedEx Ground is typically between 2-4 days. Expedited shipping is available with an additional charge.

What does "made-to-order" mean?

If the size you'd like to order reads "made-to-order", that means it will be cut and made when you order. Completion time depends on how many orders we are making at the time, and varies from 5-8 weeks. We do strive to turn orders around quickly, and would love to get you your new piece earlier if possible.

How can I have my order shipped to another address?

Email us at: info@denovostyle.com with all the details, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What if it doesn't fit the way I want?

Above all, we want you to be happy. Contact us with your concerns, either by phone or email. We are very easy to work with. We can suggest solutions, exchange for a different size or style, and even accept a return if needed. There are lots of options.

May I come see you for a personal fitting?

Absolutely! Simply signup for our newsletter, and we will send info about in-person events we do around the country.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes! Shipping to other countries does get pricey, so please contact us for an estimate. Also be aware that there may be duty charged - a tax levied by your country to you as a citizen. These charges vary by country.
